Beck-Pay No Mind (Snoozer)

I'm wondering what anime(s) could fit this very bizarre tune (I'm planning to make a Biker Mice From Mars music video with it, but that's not anime, so). I don't really think we could pick a permanent theme if this was used in an AMV, because alot of Beck's songs (this one included) are very bizarre, and the music video for it is bizarre to (not to mention it doesn't match the lyrics), featuring things like skateboarding, footage of volcanoes, a cop running into a building at the end, zombies, a dog or some kind of animal running in circles, and some other stuff.
