First off, u should of read the guides on the site, nobody can help you more then they can. Second, i'll give u a quick idea of how to do it:
Start>Programs>acessories>Windows Movie Maker
Load a song, and some anime, See what u come up with. Please use DVD's, nobody likes amvs that were made from stolen material. The guides will help u with the rest, just fallow the music and see what u come up with.
Now go make something .
Lock thread now plz

Be sure to read down a few posts for links about relevant software.
Also, on the main page to the site there are several helpful guides that will walk you through the whole process.
If you are using windows XP then your computer already has a program called windows movie maker. Check it out. There are lots of tutorials on how to use it on the web and on the microsoft site for the program.
If you want to spend money then I suggest either Adobe Premiere and the 'classroom in a book' series related to it, or Vegas movie studio, and some tutorial books.
