Specific anime story for amv.

I'm looking for an anime that has Somebody smoking pot... and also this person in a jail cell. I know this is alot to ask... i guess he could just be smoking a cigarette but preferably a joint. maybe hitting a bong or a pipe.

If there is any anime which has both of these things in (or similar) can you please tell me.

maybe a teenager aswell? hahahaha if this anime exists and somebody knows of it then it'll be a miracle.

I think "Cowboy Bebop the Movie" should do it. There are a few smoking scences and a chail scene...

There's one episode of Samurai Champloo that you might fight useful for the pot. The characters spend a decent amount of time in some sort of captivity. I don't think that anyone's a teenager though.

If you want something more in our current time period with teenagers, check out Beck. I'm pretty sure that there's some subtle pot smoking in there. It's been a while since I've seen it. I know that some of them smoke.
