Still Waiting... For A Nightwish MEP...

To be perfectly honest ever since I did my first drama / instrumental with Nightwish I've wanted to do another desperately. I didn't feel like tackling a full length song though, figured it would be a last resort. I'm not sure if a Nightwish mep has been made yet but if it hasn't it disserves one. It's one of the best drama / instrumental musical artists out there. I don't care you can call it gothic or whatever the hell else you want to call it. I'm just categorizing it. Anyways, I just wish someone with brains and lots of time on their hands would organize one already. I'd join it in a heart beat.

Think about it. If the right parts of the right songs are used at the right dramatic times with the right dramatic animes (over emphasize much?) then the mep would be emotionally devastating. PERfect for my tastes and all the other drama / instrumental fans out there. If I had the time on my hands these days, I probably would give a try at organizing my first mep. I just don’t. Hopefully someone will be inspired by this. It’s freaking Nightwish for crying out loud, it deserves it. As for originality, take one for the team and just consider it.

damn, there goes my hopes and dreams for nightwish. Thanks jazzy you just killed me on the inside ;_;... I'll settle for a full length clip once I get the time i guess...

well you could always orginize a "drama" or part two?

or something.... pretty much all you need to do is mix the track, and wait for people to finish it.... meps are fairly easy to originize, uhh i was suprised with Christmas...

only thing is you want standards for pieces as they come in.... just read how some of the others are orginized and you can get the hang of it....

no stress though sorries

Man I don't mean to bash that mep but after watching it expecting everything I was expecting it to be... Only 4 of them seemed to use the songs to the utmost emotionally gut-wrenching way possible.

The RahXephon one was intense, That clip alone could give someone an ulcer. Best one in the whole mep.

The only other ones that had strong feeling to em were:
Shamanic Princess
Saishuu Heiki Kanojo (Saikano)
Elfen Lied

Meh I'm just gonna Op it. Seriously though I was expecting so much more out of that. I'm too picky when it comes to amv's using instrumental music. I think the main problem was everyone used way too many fast clips, too much of an action feel. Anyways I'm just gonna op it instead of giving it here. I still think someone should organize a Nightwish mep with "emotionally gut-wrenching drama inducing pleasure" that nightwish deserves.
