Dark Side of the Moon
Ok, so here lately I've had this idea brewing over what will eventually become a really long video. It's gonna be to the legendary album Dark Side of the Moon graciously given to us by Pink Floyd. By far one of the greatest albums of all time. This video will consist primarily of Shinchiro Watanabe's works, some of the greatest anime the world has yet seen. There will be others in there as well, perhaps a Miyazaki work or two. Hell, I'm not sure on that one yet. Anyway, this video will span the entire length of the album. Feedback? Suggestions on anime?

Damn!!! I was wanting to do that. Too bad I'm still trying to learn my AMV basics though (I might just do it anyway though).
Anyway a great idea. This is an album that deserves one of those AMV tributes. There are other albums (like one of Moby's early albums) that need full fledged AMV treatment, notably concept albums (or albums that revolve around one entire theme or specific experimental hatchwork).
I've got a couple qs though:
What are clips using for Money and Brain Damage?
Do you plan to incorporate any of the statements in the album? (Such as this one : I am not afraid of the game.)
Also do you know about the little hidden statement at the end of the DS of moon? You have to turn up the volume to hear it along with the heartbeating.

Well for Money it's gonna be all Lupin III. XD I figured that'd fit perfectly. I'm trying to line up some of the phrazes in the songs with the footage but so far it's not working out. Lyrics are another story. This vid is coming along nicely as is though. As for Brain Damage I havn't the slightest clue what I'm going to use yet. Check back with me in a couple of days.
