I should of posted this thread sooner. I uploaded some music videos on to You Tube to show my girlfriend who lives across the country. However a friend of mine brought to my attention that I was betraying my friends at anime music videos .org. So I came and posted this thread as a way of making amends.

I've been a fan AMV for a few years now. I've donated more then once , and I am very sorry for what I've done. Below is my url to You Tube account. If amy of the authors of the videos I posted wish for me to take down the videos , please feel free to ask me on my email account.

Any concerns or inconvience , please email me. I will respond as quickly as I can and delete any video that the original creator wishes me to take down. These videos were never uploaded for profilt , just for the fun of sharing with a close friend.

It's ok to post other peoples videos, just GIVE THEM CREDIT. Don't say or imply that you made it. Otherwise I just see it as another method of adverising, lol.

You can say that for yourself, but not everybody agrees with that statement.

The best practice is to ask the creator first and follow their wishes.

X2 this is the advice i usually give to people asking to upload to youtube...

I personally hate Youtube. Why do they have to upload to them there? They can't send people here?

Personally, I don't care if anyone uploads or shows videos of mine anywhere and doesn't give credit - as long as they don't take credit themselves.
