I am tempted to go buy Blue Submarine No. 6 just to make a video to Thrice - "Red Sky" but I figured I'd throw the song out to the masses first since I have enough projects at the moment.

Now, although Blue Sub #6 is the closest literal fit, there are lots of anime that would work rather well with this song (another that comes to mind is the various Harlock series), and I expect there will be many videos to it.
