i was banned for an unjust cause

Greetings fans, this is your humble creator akira.

i was banned from a-m-v.org because i borrowed some footage from another anime video, and footage only it was, i used a compleatly different song and even re-sequenced the footage i "borrowd" which the other artist doesnt even own.

feel free to add me to your MSN and ask me anything, ill clear this up .. and the admin of AMV will find it futile to bann me as i have over 200 IPS in my arsenal.

this is pure and utter bull shit. and i plan to watch the person who thought he was clever in "identifying" some scenes from a certain video i took.

well i would expect nothing less, but i didnt even recieve an email informing me that i was banned? the admin didnt email, just some kid emailed me telling me he was going to rat and he sounded very pleased about it as well, im sure he wrote up some good shit to the admin too make me look as bad as he could. Jealous i suppose, the video i created with the other artists footage surpassed his, that is plain and clear to see.. jealousy can be an evil thing i suppose.

you are definatly right about that one, but it doesnt do me much good now.. but i doubt ill ever borrow footage again from this experience, but alot of good it does me now hah, i didnt really know it was a crime either, espeically when the music is NOTHING like in this vid, and the scenes are compleatly re-organized and edited too my sutiing "this includes clip speed as well"

i dont understand it, maybe this person had something against me? oh well, im in the hole now and wont be getting out, i like phade and planned on pledging with every one esle when the time came but now it looks like this is 1 artist who is out for the count haha, someone count to 10. TKO.

yea, the first step was deleting that video, it paind me to do it, but it is also removed from my server.. i will re-create the mvid with the dvds and my player, if i have to rip the clips myself to make it my own then i will.

but as for being on a-m-v.org i doubt ill be unbanned, so it looks like im stuck with kazaa sharing and what not.. im sure as soon as phade or some other admin sees me posting here this ip im on now will be banned again.

i guess i could surrender my opinion on the video being different and create an apology video, but the main thing is i just dont want to cause any more rukus or upset any one, i dont like upsetting people. Im not really that popular of an amv maker any way, i dont hardly have any opinions at all and not very many downloads on my videos.

i suppose that is why i took the video off the server, so the ones with the opinions against mine can rest at ease knowing theyve haulted my supposid accused amv fraud.

i would make that apology video i suppose if it gaind me welcomed access to this site again , but if not.. i wont battle against those who do not wish me around or in their presense.. i will hide under a rock as they wish.

Just out of curiosity.... if you have been banned, how comes you can post in the forum?

I can also see your member page... are you sure that there is not another reason why you can't possibly log in to your account? I've heard someone else with your same problem I think...

I don't think Phade would ban someone so easily (it took months to ban Sammy at the time

)

simple, i can change my ip, i can do many things *pets his unix box* ... also the ip i was using wont even go to animemusicvideos.org .. just says it doesnt exist and its down, but the site works fine on this one, and a few others ive tested..
