Question on old HMTV Video

Hey I new to this whole anime music video thing and just downloaded an old HMTV and I've been trying to track them down since I have a question about there I must increase my bust video. I was wondering if anyone here knows how to get in touch with them.

Oh and the question is at the end of the I Must Increase My Bust video there's a shot of two girls who look alot like Chocolate and Tira from Sorceror Hunters, thing is I thought I had all the movies and I've never seen that particular scene and was wondering if it is indeed Tira and Chocolate and if so from what movies is it. Thanks from any help and please excuse the run on sentences.

There's a Sorcerer Hunter's OAV series which I don't think has been released in North America yet. It starts off with a hot spring episode... It's rather ecchi.
