Akira AMV

I have come to a fork in the road and I need some suggestions/tips.

I am about to make an Akira music video and I can't decide on the song I want to use. My choices so far are: Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit and Spineshank - Beginning of the End.

Now if you have any suggestions about another song that may fit very well with Akira please post them up

Pretty difficult question.... I havn't heard that hoobastank song but i don't think the lyrics are gonna be terribly relevant.

Settle on what kind of mood you want first, then ask yourself.
If you don't have any preference of mood, you shouldn't care about which of the two songs you use. They should both have enough variation for a good action vid.

Ok I've eliminated Smells like Teen Spirit.

I want the mood to be focused around how terrifying Tetsuo has become and how everything is falling apart.

So maybe I should use Spineshanks song "Beginning of the End"

Anyone know any other songs that correspond to the mood i'm trying to acheive?

There's a TON of metal songs that would fit nicely.

I'd try "Inside the horror" by Chimaira, "Deathbox" by Mnemic or Lamb of God's "What I've Become". The song by Mnemic would fit nicely, i believe.

They're all "extreme" metal in one form or the other though. If you prefer more mainstream music (or just not metal) you should look for something heavy rock or punk/hardcore.

I'd say spineshanks begging of the end ^_^ I love the song to death and hoobastank is way overdone ^_~ also begging of the end (in my opinion) would fit much better ^_^
