Request for Source Video (is this the right place)?

I'm working on an AMV for christmas and I was trying to find some source video and I was wondering if anyone had any pointers or owns any of the following material.
Specifically I'm looking for [requests removed].

Just to repeat my request:
1) Does anyone know where or when any of Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Lou Rawls, etc. have ever sung "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and it was captured on film or TV?
2) How can one get access to said material (DVD Compilation, a place to contact at a broadcast network, a personal VHS cassette made on a lonely winter's night, etc.)

I have actually seen some of these DVDs for about $1 at Wal-Mart and the Dollar stores. You might check there first.
