Not a big fan of Pokemon, but I'd use clips from the original movie (theres what, 8 of them now?), but as for music, I got nothing.

Maybe " Meant to Live" by Switchfoot or " Hollow Man" by Trapt. That's what I think would be good for a Mewtwo tribute.

Personally I've always wanted to see a pokemon MV to a Marilyn Manson song, even though I pretty much hate pokemon.
