I just wondered, that would anyone make a video cooperating with someone else? So that they would share ideas and the other one would actually make it if the other doesn´t have proper programs etc.
Would anyone do that???

you can offer your ideas in the AMV Suggestions forum. however, it's generally uncommon for suggestions to be taken, mainly because creators already have ideas of their own, or they don't have both the anime and music sources for the idea requested, or they can't reproduce the idea as suggested in their heads. but there's still a chance that someone might do it.
