In TheBug's AMV 'She Will Be Loved' (featuring Maroon 5's 'She will be loved' anda Onegai Teacher TV & OVA) last scene, there's Mizuho and Kei walking on a snowy field.

Can anyone please help me find out in which episode of the anime does that scene appears?

I've been looking for it, but still can't figure it out

That´s not an episode, it´s an Onegai Teacher Special called "Snow Angel"....a song.....
I have it, if u want it....there`s a place where u can download it....
