can someone tell me which vid this is?

I'm looking for a video that was on in "The Wired" at Sakura Con this year. It was a CardCapor Sakura parody which had the characters saying all these weird and funny things with speech bubbles.

Unfortunately I couldn't really hear the song 'cause it was sooooooo loud with all the DDR and stuff, but I really want the vid. Anyone know who made it or what it is?
