Do it? What do you mean? Masturbate? Have an intercourse?quetz wrote:Do it.
Whatever you mean, "Do it" sounds mean.
BTW, if someone follows your suggestion, it is likely that the creator'll end up with a bore-ass video, with no relation at all to the song. No relation & no energy.
I hope now thats not mean...

Re: U2: "Love and Peace or Else" + Trigun
It occurred to me within 0.0003 seconds of hearing the title, naturally, since I am rabid about U2 and Trigun separately.
However.
Nothing apart from the title works for me, lyric-wise. And that's hard to overcome when the song is that long and that wordy. The song's energy also doesn't really grab me. It meanders along, and the solo's okay, but it's too laid-back a song to pull me in.
Verdict for me: Needs more than a title that sounds like it works.
Now, you might be able to make it work. But I don't think it's as obvious as it sounds at first (OMG LOVE AND PEACE OMG.) It's a funny thought, and would make a cute, say, caption or LJ icon, but beyond that it's going to take something more than just a title match.

...and just so I'm a little more than Rabid Naysaying Bitch in this thread, when it comes to that band and that series I would have to push the earlier stuff instead. R&H, JT, when they were on that desert kick. Not just because the imagery matches, but the mood of a lot of their stuff was very idealistic then too. If I were any better at editing I'd take a stab at "Hawkmoon 269," but the steady build throughout the whole song scares me off so far.
