It is rather dumb, but yes, you can. I actually found someone do that for their own video (probably because nobody was posting a review).

I've OP-ed most of my videos. It is actually encouraged- as long as you do not give yourself all 10's with no explanation. Actually, giving anyone all 10's (or all 1's) without explanation is not encouraged either period.

it is o.O i always thought i was discouraged... why would you rate your own video anyway... you don't need to tell yourself what you did wrong or right in an op when you can just think about it in your head...
