After the vid is done....
Do you guys like to watch your own work, after its all done? Or want nothing to do with your vid? I personally like to watch only a few of them...Ive only made three and deleted one of them, because I didnt like it. Does that happen to you guys?

After I finish a vid I usually like to throw them in the rotation of other amv's I watch. I mean after the first 2 months my newest video is complete I at least watch it twice a week just because I feel impressed and it makes me feel good about what I made. Then during that time frame I find things I should have done differently and then I us that knowledge on my next video.

Really the only time I ever watch my videos after I make them is when other people want me to show them to them.

x2, really - except I don't even start any project I don't like.SSJVegita0609 wrote:I watch my own vids more than anyone elses, namely because I never finish anything I don't like.
And frankly, it's no surprise. I'm always one to admit that the main target audience is me; and my videos are custom-made to my vision of what I'd like to see from AMV's.
Although admittably, I have my own favorites among my vids, and I don't watch some at all, while watching others with frightening consistency.

Considering the rediculous amount of time I spend getting a concept I like, the obsceane amount of time I spend tweaking and the mildly insane amount of time I spend filtering and exporting, I don't have time for videos I don't like.
I dust off my first video from time to time. I stil like it but the technical errors make me cringe.
My second video I watch all the time.

I completely agree - sharing vids on this site is really only a secondary goal - I wanted to make AMVs long before I knew the org existed. Although I enjoy feedback, both positive and negative alike in order to improve my technique, my ultimate purpose in making vids is to create something *I* love to watch. So naturally I do.
