If you want off topic, go to demonseal. Just don't try to be a dick, and have a thick skin. Hell, there are plenty of forums with off topic sections. You could try:
Megatokyo
Something Awful
4chan (I'm not too sure about this one, but meh)
Hypodermic studios

Just to name a few. Just google for them, or try them in a url. WOW.

Well, actually, I did. Have you read the forum rules? By using forum rules 1 and 5, we see that posts of an off topic nature don't belong here. Then there is the whole last rule about personal attacks... but that doesn't really matter at all, does it?

Try searching for threads trying to start off topic posts. They are usually locked rather quickly. This is a repeat. Way to be original.
