would blood disqualify me?

I'm in the process of completing a music video for the rorouni kenshin (tv series) anime. I got the dvds and they have some blood in them. I used it. Can that disqualify me? The blood isn't constant throughout the movie, but i'm scared. Did any of u ever get disqaulitfied for having blood in a music video, or better yet have any of u seen blood in a music video at an anime convention?

If it's from Rurouni Kenshin then you shouldn't worry. Even if your using SamuraiX, it shouldn't matter.

Actually, Samurai X can go overboard.
Rurouni Kenshin tv series is absolutely fine though.

about the only anime i can think of that would get removed is Elfen lied, Rorouni kenshin TV is NOWHERE near elfen lied, so dont worry.

Actually you should easily be fine. My Berserk video called it close for AX and it is a hell of a lot bloodier than Kenshin or the OVA. The video didn't have any problems being shown at AWA either. Although from what I've heard it was very close to it. Watch my Berserk video and you can see about the limit of what you can do and still be admitted.

Actuallly I think I'll watch your video, I have all of those in there but they said the way I edited my video together that I just barely stayed within the limits and kep the video tastefull enough that it was still admissable.

The only con my video couldn't get shown at was Anime Evolution but Canada's regulations and censorship laws are stricter than those of the U.S.
