Ranma 1/2 video idea up for grabs

hey everyone. This is my first time posting to any of the forums and just to let everyone know I'm just a fan of anime videos but i don't make any of my own.I hope to eventually try my hand at it but I don't know what programs would be the best for doing this type of stuff.But anyway,on with the idea.I heard a song recently;and let me apologize now for not knowing the proper name or band,that just seems to perfectly fit the relationship between Ranma and Genma.I also noticed that no one seems to have explored that part of the series and it could be a really original piece if done right.The song goes like this"I could be mean,I could be stupid, you know i could be just like you. you thought you were there to guide me,you were only in my way.you are wrong if you think that I'll be just like you" The name of the song may be "just like you" but I'm not sure. It's a rock song and I feel it really goes along with the way Genma raised Ranma and always tries to use him for his own ends.If you watch the series enough you do get the feeling that Genma really does care for his son,he's just a bad father.Genma is always too wrapped up in what he wants and what he thinks is the right way to do things to ever actually consider Ranmas' feelings or desires.I believe the song really fits with the rebelliousness of Ranma early in the show and their constant fighting.I hope someone with a good program and an appreciation for Ranma other than his girl problems or asskicking ability reads this post and makes a vid for this.thankyou all.And thankyou all for providing me with hours of entertainment from some great vids.
