question on ideas

okay, i'm using a cover of Blink 182's "Dammit" done by System of a Down. at least i'm pretty sure it was them, whatever, it's still just a cover. the song is slowed down and done in a low key way. i've already done the amv using Cat Soup, but the amv is kinda falt. no special effects and the scenes change right on the beat for just about the whole way through. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to add to the video before i export it and put it up on a-m-v.org for criticism. and advise would be appeciated.

Without actually being able to see your video, it's hard to make suggestions. Try getting people to beta-view it for you.

You said the video is "kinda flat", but does the style fit the mood? You don't <i>have</i> to add effects and such to make a video better, you know (and sometimes it backfires).

I might suggest uploading it somewhere and posting it in AMV Announcements, or Post in Opinion Exchange.

well....... i thought it fit.......... i hope it fits......... but i guess i won't know until people comment on it. and i'd show it to people before trying to upload it, but most people ave left for college, so i dunno if anyone is around to watch it anyways.
