Carlos, Flux, MJ, and I will be passing out the first round of dvds at the AMV dinner probably after everyone orders their food. We will go around the tables asking who has pre-ordered an NES Project dvd and we will ONLY be giving them out to people on the list.

The 2nd round of DVDs will be given out after the RVG Project showing (10:00 PM, Friday Sept 24) around 11-ish or so. Hopefully the coordinators and editors will be hanging out later but make sure if you see a big pile of people who you think are the coordinators/editors, then ask me (I'll be wearing a Megaman 2 shirt with the robot masters on it) for a dvd. All of this is subject to change! Maybe I'll address this on the rvg speech.

Remember, we absolutely must get rid of every single copy we have to conserve our space. You will be getting the NES Project on a dvd and the documentary on a CD both labeled plus a case with a cover. I was not able to print out an insert in time so I apologize for that. Instead the spot where the insert should be will be a sleeve for the documentary CD.

Just to let you all know, I spent over 160 bucks in printer cartridges/glossy paper and we are offering everything FREE of charge so please don't give me any money.

We all hope you enjoy the NES Project dvds.

Yeah I know what you mean castor. I spent $169 last weekend buying print cartidges, CDs, and DVDs.

The big ouch.

So if we're not on the list do we not get a DVD at all, or will there be extra on a first-come first-serve basis?
