Are there creators that just create Crap?

I don't know why ,but, no matter how much effort I put
into it alot of people absoultly have my videos mast realase
got a 2 for a star rating. I know I'm not a huge creator or something
but geez a two. So, yeah anyone else here have-this never level-up probelm?

I get 2's all the time, can't say it doesnt bug me, but it pushes me to become better, so that people enjoy my video's more.

So I can't say i have a huge "level-up" issue, cause each one of my video's (imo) get's progressivly better.

well i make total crap.. check them out... other people that make total crap would be a LOAD of noob amv creators.. that make DBZ amvs and such to songs by people like Linkin Park... anyways.. hope this clears it up... a post like this would probably make people start listing other creators and then turn it into a Flame war.. so... KEEP this from becomming one big flame war... and everything will be fine!

Took me 4 years to make a video that could hold an above 3.5 star rating.

But honestly, who gives a flying fuck what other people think? Make videos you enjoy, for your enjoyment.

My star rating has gone down consistently, from 3.97 (right now) for my first to 2.96 for my latest. I figure my fifteenth video will be so experimental, so massively un-mainstream, that Phade'll have to add a zero to the rating scale.

And I'll take pride in that.

Hey Otaku , you have to try to don't feel discouraged with your ratings , if you're getting low star ratings , you may try to get some opinions for your vids in the Ops Exchange forums , to know *WHY* the low ratings and *WHAT* you can do to improve your works.

Don't exist a limit of effort to put in an AMV , even if you think that's impossible do it better , you're wrong ,I'm sure that even vids listed in the top 10% have something that the vid creators knows that could be even better.

What I'm trying to say , if you have tried hard to make good vids , try harder , but first , you have to find out what you're doing wrong.

Here it is few comments about your "Shameless Sarcasm" vid:

You must try to use Deinterlaced footage for your vids , the capture quality was bad , you must try to encode your vids with Xvid/Avi ,and synchronism in a comedy vid it's VERY important , you have to work a bit more in you act/lyrics sync.Those problems with AMVs are important when I'm giving stars for vids that I have downloaded.

And remember , if you give up , you will never gonna get high ratings for your vids , but like SSJVegita said , you don't have to care too much for other peoples thoughts , AMVs are suposed to brings fun for who make and watch them
