How Do You Get To The Video Lists (pics next to details)
i was wondering How Do You Get To The Video Lists which has the pictures next to the videos

Pictures included with video details? I don't believe I've ever seen that here on the Org. I don't know if there's any way to accomplish that.
However, I'm sure that many creators do such things on their websites. I know I've done so for <a href="http://www.tcnj.edu/~tomwol2/frames.html">mine</a> -- all Aquiline Studios' <a href="http://www.tcnj.edu/~tomwol2/videos.html">videos</a> (except for my new one, crud, I still have to put up a page for that one!) have info pages with pictures on them.
