Posted earlier before the forum changed, I need major help

:( Ok, this is how it is, I worked my ass on a video, and premiere being the son of a whore it is crashed in the middle of an export, when I reloaded the program and the project everything the project contained was gone, leaving me confused and crestfallen.
If you can offer any help whatso ever it would be greatly appriciated.

1) Look in the Premiere program folder and you will find that it keeps backups of your old project saves
