I know I just posted this in another thread, and I also know it's been said before, but I feel it needs to be said again.

Yes it is, because as a creator, I enjoy other people enjoying what I have created, rather than enjoying the thing I have created, and anyone who would rather create to enjoy the thing they created has either created garbage, or is lying to themselves. I've always found that saying here to be the biggest line of bullshit ever. No 'artist' or 'creator' or whatever you want to call us should EVER be making videos 'because they enjoy it. and screw what everyone else thinks about it.' thats why there's been a huge massvie influx of absolutely HORRIBLE creators. Creators that DONT improve over time, that take the ideas that have been done 100,000 times before, and continue to add to the trash heap. "Create for the sake of Creating" is exactly why so many of us GOOD creators don't bother anymore.
Annoyed at the "morons"? Show them up: make a video that really stands out, and prove that it really is tricky to make a (good) music video. That it's not something that just anyone can do (well).
I've already done that on several occasions. I used to be heralded as the Dragon Ball Z music video God. I don't claim that my videos are something special without something to back it up, so I point you to any number of the over 100 reviews I have recieved. People who HATE Dragon Ball Z, and more specifically, Dragon Ball Z videos actually enjoyed my videos. Why? Because I cared enough to get good footage, learn how to edit well, and quickly improved. My video's now get barely any hits, I'm never here, and when/if I do release something new now, the only ones who'll really care are those who know me and my work, and now that everyone here seems to be a creator, it's just going to get lost in a never ending sea of Goku vs. Majin Vegita Real Media videos, so whats the use?
