Just a little question about uploads...

I recently made my first AMV and uploaded it to storage.animemusicvideos.org .

I entered the video first without any download links and confirmed the stuff, then i got to the "Upload video" section and requested the upload, and uploaded it.

Now i want to ask, when does the local link appear in the video information, that means, when will people be able to get it?

You need to confirm the upload. Just click on My Uploads again and it should be there.
