The AMV community is still very active. Just on discord mostly. We use the message boards mostly for contest-related details and postings.

I come on now and again. granted I always been more active in the Russian AMV community even though I'm from here. it just was the first tournament that came up when I was searching for tournaments during December so I stuck to that lane.
