The last two bother me the most because it's obvious the editor (or whoever made the thumbnail) didn't even bother to mask out the character and put them over the text, they just deleted the letter(s) in the middle to badly replicate the effect. The one nice thing about this trend is that it tells me all I need to know about the videos/editors that do it.

does anybody upload any music videos onto this site anymore?
Back in the day when I was making anime music videos. We always uplaoded them onto the site and announced them in a thread. Maybe I am in the wrong thread. It's been years since I have been on here.
