all time top ten AMVs on YouTube (May 2019)

I did this same thread back in March 2017, but much has changed over the last two years! The algorithm has crowned a new champion! What does it take to get to the top? Do the creators of these videos even know?

My methodology for this was nothing more in depth than searching for "AMV" on YouTube and sorting the results by total views. THIS METHOD DOESN'T REALLY WORK 100% OF THE TIME. It's the best I could do, also searching for "anime music video," "ASMV," "MMV" and "GMV."

A couple of videos from last time are no longer on YouTube. This includes "Undertale - Genocide - Animações (AMV)" (17 million views) and "Pokemon AMV - Battle of Legends - Overkill" (15.6 million views). They've probably been reuploaded on other countless other accounts by now, but those views are gone! And even if they weren't, they'd have to keep raking in the hits to keep up with the ridiculous numbers some of this content is pulling in.
