Is this what it's come to?

Post by The Wired Knight » Sun Apr 06, 2003 1:31 pm

You know, almost every forum is getting more traffic than General AMV and I'm starting to wonder why. It seems the only new threads that get started here are ones asking for help in locating an AMV. That just saddens me that the main forum for this website serves only as an AMV hide and seek. What happened to this section?

I think most people probably discuss AMV ideas and whatnot over e-mail or AIM. But dat's just me talkin'.

I think that noone really likes this forums since it is filled with people bitching about AMV creators or people asking for specific AMV's.
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

Yeah I agree I think people have smartened up and put their questions in the right forums. Either that or maybe there really isn't a lot to talk about

Most of the possible topics have been done before. This forum serves its purpose, but it's also not very busy.

And lets not forget to make a thread bitching about what the AMV community has turned into! Or how you miss hte good old days! Oh, and lets throw in a bit of "why can't we use fansubs?" flame wars just to make things interesting.
