Yeah just go to the main page here. Go to "Search" and search away. It's really pretty easy and self-explanatory.

I'm not familar with Pilot Candidate, but I can help recommend some Eva videos that I've enjoyed. Note that some of them are spoiler filled. ^_^

Yeah Engel's really good... and funny. It's easy to find on WinMX or KaZaA. You can also check out his Evangelion Media Vita In Morte Sumus one. It's pretty good too.
