Virus-infected amvs
Have you guys found or dl'ed any?
I use Norton anti-virus and the software told me that one of my amvs had a virus. The virus was not there previously and the only thing that i dl to my pc are amv's. maybe it was my email or something else. anyway, i my software was able to destory the virus and ihad to redl' the amv.

I think you got a false positive. I'm not aware of any viruses that can infect move files and such a beast is very unlikely.
Flash "movies" are another story however. This is an overflow based exploit for .SWF floating around for versions pre January IIRC.
It is a move right? It not something that calls itself a movie but has an executable extension instead (.exe, .vbs, .pif, ...) is it?

It's rather hard for an AMV to have a virus since it's a video format. You only have to be worried if it's an exexcutable or a document since those are the files that make up the virus (in most cases, not all)
