Question about AbsoluteDestiny's Shameless Rock Video...

I was debating with myself about whether this goes in the Anime or AMV section, but I chose here.
I don't know if anyone here knows, but the notes on video said nothing about this. The section of the video with the dancing eyebrows (What other way to describe them?): Was that edited, or did his eyebrows move like that in the Anime? And if it was edited, how was it done? Just a lot of Photoshop editing?
It has puzzled me for a long time...

Since I doubt it will be any time soon before AD comes I will answer. The eyebrows dont do that during the scene of FLCL. More than likely he used photoshop to do so.

Not to exactly quote AD but he was asked this before.
He had 1 layer of each eyebrow and used motion settings to manipulate them in the video.
