2003 JSR MEP

In 2003 there was a Jet Set Radio multi-editor project. If I remember correctly, it was one of the first MEPs on the site.

I've been able to find segments for the project in the database, but not the project itself. I can't seem to even find an entry for the completed project. I THINK that's because the project was hosted by a now-banned (several times) member.

Does anyone know where this entry is if it exists, and/or where I can download the project?

And as an aside, what's the story behind this thing: ?

I can't remember who started the project (Was it EC? He wasn't banned, he just left) but I don't think it was ever uploaded to the org because back then it was too large file size wise.

I'm pretty sure it was NME.

But shouldn't there be a catalog entry for it, at least?
