Audio suggestions for Gurren Lagann AMV

I'm looking for ideas for an awesome Gurren Lagann AMV, hopefully leaning towards the upbeat side of the spectrum. I want to make it with a movie trailer, but I just can't find the right movie. I was also thinking of possibly making an AMV with an artist like Infected Mushroom or Iron Maiden, or someone in that same kind of "harder" music, but I can't find a song that seems to click really well.

Since it'll take me forever on my own to think of an idea, i figured someone else might have a suggestion. Anyone?

Something off the new Devo album, like "Don't shoot (I'm a man)" or "Fresh" or "Please baby please"...? If you need something really short and bouncy, there's always Supergrass "Never done nothing like that before" at only 1:44 and as upbeat as all get out.
