I don't understand your complaint honestly. I think the main set of AMV related forums (excluding all the off topic stuff) seem to run just fine. Most of the wacky posts you complain about are in sections in the forum you probably wouldn't wanna visit anyway. If anything, I think your calling out of the "immature posters" will only cause them to rebel and do more outlandish stuff to spite you. If you really wanna have pure AMV related talk with no jibberish, why not just stay in topics and threads you know are safe?
