When working on the game, I found out that the voice of King Kandy is none other than Scott McNeil. So I decided to get his signature. (I don't generally watch dubs, but even I know the name, and knew he was going to a con that I'd be attending)

When I pulled the mat out, he exclaimed, "Ho ho ho! You are the king of obscurity!" The game wasn't even out yet -- that was a "prototype" mat that I had been given. (it's what the kids jump on when the onscreen characters tell them to)

As for the Japan Times article... Though the site puts new articles on the front page every day, the remix article is still in the upper right of the front page as an "Editor Selection". -- Oh wait, it changed while I was writing this. :x

And as for the Luminosity article, there's a "behind-the-scenes" article now up by Henry Jenkins, an "Aca/Fan" who has written on vidding and other topics.
