Hey, dwchang, if you ever are flagging in your motivation to do this video, I think that some kind of spirit-lifting chant or mantra might help. I humbly suggest the following:

Repeated three or four hundred times. If would like a tape of this to aid you in those dark times, then I will make one for you ^^
