hmm... we'd better decide the formats we're gonna use for distro.
personally I'd release 3 versions, 1 using XviD and mp3 for the full size, large, good quality version, 2 at 320x240 like 512 kbps Real9 for the people with crappy modem stuff, and 3 a vcd compliant mpeg-1 version (352x240 video 1150kbps cbr 224kbps mp2 audio)
