a bunch of snarky stuff about youtube, and i took out anything having to do with "p2p" and said never download from p2p, listed every video program i knew, and gave ADVICE on how to make amvs, rather than "steps"

also mentioned that the RIAA could sue you as well...
and something about harassing people with your monstrosity.

It was actually more useful and had better advice than the one it has now. I almost feel sorry for the person who made the wiki help.

Okay, people, it IS possible to edit that page constructively without getting your edits reverted.

How do I know? Because I made a minor but constructive edit (audio format and adding a link to the Org), and not only was my edit retained, but future edits that weren't very helpful were reverted to my version.

We just have to be mature and professional about it. Saying things like "here's what NOT to do" without offering well-explained alternatives won't help our case at all.

And proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. never hurt either. I can certainly see why some of the earlier edits by people who appear to be part of "our crew", so to speak, were considered vandalism.
