Stupidest amv mistake ever made?

I've deleted several porjects I've started in the last few years, because I got bored of it.
I haven't made an AMV since '01, but I'm going to try to make one again, to a fairly short song ~2 minutes, to Gunsmith Cats. I hope it comes out as well as I am thinking it will, it will be my first video to enter into A-Kon and also my first on the .org
Most mistakes I make in filming is accidently filming over other footage I had shot. We had to buy a second shooting permit once because we accidently shot 2 scenes over a scene we shot earlier.

Deleting my huffy version of 'Hard Love' (I needed it when I learned how to improve the quality of my AMVs).
Making wmv files, instead of avi files (wmv are hard to improve).
Making my 'Wedding Bell Symphony' AMV (it was an experiment that failed).
Trying to make a Yu-Gi-Oh AMV that switched between the PC and the TV series (it was too difficult to coordinate a new duel and I kept screwing up both character's strategies).
Trying to 'fix' several AMVs that I made using Premier Elements 2, that contained a lot of garbage data (in the end I made new versions using Frameserver).

Picking a weird ass song because I wanted to do something reasonably original and then realizing that I'd be listening to it over and over and over and over and over and over as I was editing it.
