I agree with this, most of the AMV creators who start out making subpar crap, continue to do so indefinetly. There is almost a zero percent chance of a turn around. Now I'm sure some might say something like, "OMG WTF I KNOWS TEH UBER C00L LINKINBALLZ MAKERZ!" And really, that's great that you think so, but then, what do your videos look like? *shrugs*

Most all the good AMV creators I'm aware of started off producing pretty good videos to begin with. Maybe nothing earth shattering and incredible, but definetly at a cut above average. My motto is, "Never expect someone to be good at making AMVs if they churn out more than one at a time with less than 6 weeks between videos." Cause at that point either they have no social life (which I believe helps to inspire good videos) or they're trying to go for quantity over quality. Remember, you can't make a good video if you don't ever get out of the apartment.

Woah. I love you |: Anyway, I agree completely. And I will admit it honestly, that I have made two dbz music videos. Why? Because I had just started, and as an opener I entered dablackgoku.com's amv contest for an amv maker. And guess what, I won. I've always been a fairly good editor, and I have improved over the months. Just wait to see me in Globocide, I except my vid to go very far. Other than that though, most people just can't make the turn around to become good editors. It's like a natural hand-eye coordination thing =/

Alright, I'll avoid and grammatical comments and skip down to the point. The point is we actually do know what we're talking about, but let's not settle a stupid argument like this over the forum, because that's what the off topic section was for. Instead why don't you just come to the chat room or IM me. And yes, we do know everything, and I LOVE to generalize.
