How long does it take to make an AMV? [SPLIT]

I'm assuming my latest work-in-progress will take at LEAST 72 or so hours. I'm collaborating with someone else, so that will add some time. (arguing about which direction the vid should go).

We haven't started editing yet, but we've been tossing around the idea for QUITE a while (Like since before christmas, maybe even before thanksgiving). I think the concept's gone through 5 or 6 complete overhauls.

If this thread is indication of how long it's going to take to finish this.... gah... I'm going to have no life until after Fanime deadline.
