I edit cuz I hav fun on try to find a way to show in my videos what I felt when I watch the anime

I edit to keep my brain functioning. If i didn't my job would devour my soul and corrupt my brain. That I do not look forward to.

hmmm, I edit. because it's fun..
And i like watching something with a good song, and also thing that the story shouldn't end where the anime does.. it should go on to tell many more storys with the amv's storys u might not see. and also i get bored of media players random things that show the beats of the song...

also cuz i can... and it a good way to get out emotions.... ya...

I started editing because I figured it was better to do then whine about how I couldn’t find any Dance Music AMVs on the net.

I began editing when I was around 12 or so. At first I began because of my interest in movies. Ever since I was 9 I would watch "Movie Magic" and "Cinema Secrets". As I watched I began to notice the development of 3D technology. This technology fascinated me and it was then that I decided to go into the Digital Design field. When I was 13 in junior high I helped create an in-school tv show for my Junior high. At the time we used a Amiga system to do the show but along with the system we got a capture card an a copy of Adobe Premier. I wasn't aloud to do too much with Premier but the idealogy of it inspired me to buy my own capture card and editing program. Eventually I ran across an amv that inspired me to create amvs.

The amv was Gundam with Butterfly wings by MJ. It wasn't because the vid was incredible that I was inspired, it was because I thought it was terrible. With this in mind I set out to create my own version. After completing it, I decided that doing AMVs would be a good step in order for me to prepare for the film industry. This took place when I was 14 and I have been doing it ever since. I think it was a good choice considering here I am 19 and in college with a major in Digital Design.

I edit because i wanna create something...when im finished look at it and say "you see that?? i made that...I did"
Also i want other people to see my work and say "jeez that was good" or "Hey maybe i'll make a video myself" because when i entertain something all the bad stuff seems worth wile, nothing bad matters, it doesnt matter that it took me six months, it doesnt matter that my computer crashed six times during the making of it all that matters is that ive done something which i can be proud of which entertains people.

and because.....AMV makers get chicks!

Because....

.... I don't do fanfiction.
