I am the same way. If I see a vid that sucks, and I've seen quite a few, I know that this person was trying very hard to make a good video but unfortunately did not. In my own view the best thing I can do is be honest and say, "here's why it sucked....and here's what you can do."

In my journal, I wrote about how tearing down a person never helps anyone become better but if you encourage them to do bettter, if yoiu use what you learned and apply it to someone else....they can do a lot better next time and its a great feeling to have knowing someone becomes better because of what you said.
