As a somewhat of an addon to that, I actually feel somewhat as though I failed, in a certain respect. Call me naive, but I was indeed hoping that when I started getting better (but still not very good at AMV's), people might look at one of my vids and realize that working in a similar direction, or outright beating me at the kind of game I play and the kind of music I tend to use, is actually quite easy.
To date, although I've heard people who got ideas about editing approaches from my work, but it seems noone has really gone in the same musical/artistic directions too much.
I'm sure most people would be happy about that, having their own field to play in, but there is the simple fact that I think practically anyone could do better than me with the kind of stuff I do, if only they tried...
