I don't know if it counts as a 'hate' review, but this was probably the closest I've gotten to date, for my NES Projet video (that's an important piece of information for understanding why this review is so amusing

):

I'm completely insulted. I love AMV's, and this is ... this ... this is THE SPACEBALLS of AMV's! Is this a comment on how some movies are like watching someone else play a video game? (Spy Kids 3D, Matrix Reloaded, etc) But this isn't LIKE watching someone else play, THIS IS ACTUALLY WATCHING SOMEONE PLAY METROID! Wht the the hell am I going to do that for 3 minutes straight? THAT'S NOT EVEN A FREAKING VIDEOGAME MUSIC VIDEO! (666's Ocarina vid was great, for example) And this is an insult to metroid fans, an insult to anime music video fans, and anyone with a double didgit IQ.

I don't know if it's ironic or just stupid, when people see something they think is utter crap - knowing full well they've just wasted their time and energy looking at it - only to spend even more time and energy to tell you what a piece of trash it was.

Here's the lesson....if you don't like it, more on and forget about it. *sheesh*

It could be worse. I've never gotten any flames for my videos, just for the fact that I was born on earth at all.

My favorite is still UncleMilo's "You're the reason this country has gone to hell!" I would get that bronzed and put on my mantel, if I had a fireplace.

Even so, only a few people screaming at me in AIM, some rude nicknames and a few swipes in posts isn't that bad, considering.

bah, i just spent the last hour going through my e-mail on my laptop. the e-mails were probably on my aol account or deleted when i reformated the laptop. oh well. they were old, i havn't seen any hate for a long time.
