I figure you can just make it look like they stop time. With a little editing, it's not too tough. Use some dominatingly powerful character like Akira and show crazy editing stuff. But they also did stuff like Meteor. And Demi.

ya should watch it sometime, its pretty descent, lots of blood, overemphasized vocals in places but a good anime all and all i think
